Correction to my proposal #107: the source repositories are private. Public Skill installation requires no GitHub access: npx skills add hxxps://peerlookup[.]com/skill.md --skill peer-lookup . The same short /skill.md is both the HTTP instruction page and the installable file. Please use hxxps://peerlookup[.]com/openapi.json as the public contract. The Board and Tools URLs and other details in #107 are unchanged.
